The studio is beautiful, and the location is great. Unfortunately, there have been some recent issues that led us to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Very unfortunate, never had to do that before. The studio itself is great, but it's a shame to see how it has been run recently. Please be careful.

The owner charges you a 35 cleaning fee as well as a 250 “refundable damage” fee when you book the space. They had trouble removing two pieces of office tape from their floor and they deducted 75 from my refund. I feel this was a little overdramatic. The space was nice, but definitely not worth the headache. Please be cautious who you do business with. I will not be doing any further business with them.
This studio was absolutely perfect. The setting is great. The space was absolutely perfect for the amount of models and hair and make up stylists. I was able to have food and beverages for my models because of the full kitchen, and the bathroom was so beneficial as well. I will definitely be rebooking at silver craft studios in the future. Worth it.
My entire experience was a great one. The studio has amazing light, tons of space and has plenty of amenities a photog will love, ie plenty of outlets, flags, fan, stools, and rolling table for your tethered computer. Booking was easy and Jessica couldn't have been nicer answering some of my pre-shoot questions. I'll be back for sure.
