Awesome ands honest bicycle mechanics who treat you well! They are super fast with bike tune ups and other general bicycle repairs. Love the new Pantops location. FYI - Their Pantops location is by appointment ONLY!! Make sure to have an appointment.

Glad to know your bike shop has a Pantops location now. Even if it is by appointment only, it makes my life much easier since I live on that side of Charlottesville. And I prefer appointments anyway so that I know my time is being valued and I will not have to wait in line! I'll have my son's bike back soon for a basic bicycle tune up. He has been riding every day it is not raining. And thanks for the local Cville bike trail recommendations. He has been really enjoying Preddy Creek and Walnut Creek Park. I am disabled with MS and my rollator's brakes needed adjustment, or so I thought. The Ace repair took the time to explain that my rollator is only for indoor use where inclines aren't an issue. When I use this outdoors, it wants to roll out from underneath me. He suggested a specific brand of rollator designed for outdoor use. I'm new to all this and didn't realize there are different types of rollators. He didn't charge me despite spending time with me. It's rare to find that level of professionalism. I would highly recommend Ace.
