I work in healthcare and I am appalled at the state of my account. Not only have you been billing an incomplete address for months, with the invoices being return until a collection agency figured it out. You also did not have the right name on my account - you literally misspelled my name - which is patient identifier rule number one. You also ignored the fact I have insurance, which was provided to you, at the time of service. Now I am in the process of cleaning up a mess you started, when I just wanted to get a physical, end of story. Ridiculous-- I recommend getting a handle on your front desk staff immediately.
