Wonderful experience at Long Hyundai with our salesperson, Kassi. We had been to multiple dealerships and had planned on visiting a few more, but after meeting Kassi and the 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe, we felt like there was no need. She was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time, her patience, and attention.(we were needy) It made the transition easy. Both my husband and I agree that this was the most pleasant car buying experience that we have had.

We were quoted a price of 730 to get work done. My wife and I went to pick up our car, and the total was 1043. When we asked why the price difference was a 43% increase, the very nice gentleman who works at the front desk explained how their online system didn't account for 2 hours of labor. However, WE had to pay for HYUANDAI'S error. If we knew that price up front, we would definitely have taken our care elsewhere. Definitely do not recommend taking your car here so you don't end up with a huge surprise at the end like we did.
