Everytime I come to get my service Andrew is extremely delightful. Truly provides superb customer service. However, when I call for concerns the women on the phone are not as pleasant. I spoke to one today who was very nice and then transferred me to the advisor dept and the woman on the phone was short and hung up without saying have a good day, thank u for choosing us or anything. Just Andrew will call you back and hung up. I hope I don’t have to speak with her again.

Service department is very good. Love the QR code to make an appointment on the coupon flyer- easier than a call. I was kept up to date with regular confirmation texts while my car was in. It helped to be able to drop the car off the night before.
