I have had a few bad experiences since I have been dealing with this dealerships service department. There is a disconnect between the service call center and the actual service department. I have to thank Megan and the other service female (so sorry forgot her name) for the excellent customer service they provided for me. Megan called me and explained everything that was going on with the car. She went above and beyond as a service rep. Megan I REALLY appreciate you!!!! I have had several complaints with one particular service rep and the service manager has always taken the time to assist, listen and solve the problem. I don’t know the service managers name but THANK YOU for all that you do to make sure your customers are satisfied and getting the service we deserve!! I appreciate you as well!!! The male service rep is rude and when I challenged several of his decisions and answers he blew me off and became argumentative. When I asked the male rep about a charge on my bill he couldn’t come up with an answer so he started throwing things out there of what the cost could be. When I asked for a breakdown of what he told me the cost was he blew me off. I know for now on I can’t do any form of business with this guy because he’s rude!!!! I can say the mechanics have done a wonderful job fixing my daughters car it rides smooth. We never have a problem after the car is fixed. Keep up the great work. Overall other than the make service rep I can say that I am a satisfied customer and will return. Thank you Megan, service manager, and the other service female for the excellent customer service!!!!!

Worst place for warranty service! My son bought a sonata hybrid here and it has currently been in the shop 3 times for the same hybrid failure. He picked his car up last week after they had it for a month. Guess what, yesterday it showed the same hybrid failure! First time they just reset the indicators. Second time they supposedly fixed it. Third time they supposedly replaced the cooling pump for the hybrid system. Service manager is un responsive. Doesn’t answer or return phone calls in a timely fashion or in some instances not at all. VERY frustrating since I am a proud multiple Hyundai Santa Fe owner for almost 20 years and have loved Hyundai. I don’t know if this is a dealer ship issue or if this 2018 Sonata Hybrid is a bad apple. But you would expect better service and communication from the dealer where you bought the car!

Had a really bad experience with Hall Chrysler in Virginia Beach where they caused a pretty good amount of damage during a repair to my transmission cooler. Brought my car here hoping they would sort everything out for me. Sam was my service advisor and he went above and beyond. I received little to no communication about my vehicle while servicing at Hall Chrysler but came here and received an update almost every day. Sam was upfront and honest with me about the damage that was caused by their sister dealership and they handled it flawlessly. Their service manager even reached out to the other dealership because I was not getting anywhere with them. Took them a total of 2 weeks to fix all the damage caused and they even got me a loaner from enterprise when they did not have a loaner available (something I wasn’t even offered at Hall Chrysler). Sam apologized multiple times for something they weren’t even responsible for and didn’t cause, which is a lot more than I got with Hall Chrysler. I appreciate the honesty and time you took to fix my car. Thank you!!

My car needed to be inspected and my airbag light was on which meant it wouldn’t pass. The young man who assisted me called to say my 10 year warranty expired 1 day ago but he found another warranty to cover the airbag service! Tears of joy! Thank you Mr. Pedraza for going above and beyond to assist a customer! He was professional and fantastic customer service.
