This company went out of their way to squeeze me in. They were prompt and reasonably priced. The job took longer than they expected it would but still charged the same price that they quoted me. They stayed late to finish job. They were very polite and even cleaned up after themselves. They went out of their way to explain what they were doing. They gave me a one year warranty on what they did. I would definitely use them again and recommend them!

I live in a house built in 1952 in the heart of Chester. I had a terracotta drainage pipe collapse. I had hired another local plumber that I had to let go & found Art's Plumbing Service & called. They came out almost immediately, thoroughly assessed the situation, gave me a very reasonable estimate, & was able to fix the problem sooner than expected. I've dealt with so many contractors over the years living in this old house, & unfortunately I've had very few pleasant experiences with them. Art & his crew were like a breath of fresh air! They were very professional, got the job done quickly despite problems encountered due to bad information from the county, and did a great job! I HIGHLY recommend Art's Plumbing Service - I know I'll never call any other plumber again!

They came out for an estimate and gave me some advice, but did not have the tools to repair the leak under my house. Didn't give a cost estimate either. Can't say how well they perform work.
