In person assistance no problem. I have been on hold for 1 hr and 45 minutes and still have not reached a person to speak with in person from Dr. Asghar's office. Is this routine and customary customer service? I am dismayed by the lack of personnel to respond to patient inquiries. Horrible customer service!!!!
