First time purchasing a puppy from a store and it has been the best experience. As soon as you walk in, it smells so clean and all associates are friendly. They make sure all concerns are answered and try to pair you with the best pup. The process was so easy and they made us well informed. I highly recommend this place.

This has to be the best place to purchase a puppy. Each puppy has their own crate so cross contamination between the pups does not happen. Each time you look at a pup in the enclosed areas, the employees even clean out the area prior to bringing in another puppy. We were so lucky that one of the puppies chose us - a lovely AWESOME brown dachshund (Maxine) that has just fit into our family like she had been here forever. I have to let everyone know that two employees that helped us were just the BEST!!! I can't thank Kiara and Felecia enought for assisting us in being able to take our new baby girl home. These two employees were so AWESOME in their customer support! Thank you sooooo very much ladies - you are a blessing to your employer and I'm so glad in being able to meet both of you! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

Its staff is nice but they dont wear a mask. Only a face shield which is not a protection for them nor for the customer. As well as prices for the dogs they dont tell you unless you are sure you are going to get it. Although the benefits sound good, I feel they are over pricing their animals and taking advantage of these high demanding times because of the pandemic. oh and not very good on social distance in there.
