I worked with them for a week and never went back. The office staff are rude and they all always have a attitude when you ask a question. I still haven’t received my check from the week I did work.!!!

This is a good place to work as a Home Care Aide if you have a passion to be of assistance to seniors, there's such a good feeling that hits you in the heart when you leave a senior with a smile on their face because the house is clean, a good meal was provided and good conversation as some seniors are lonely. You do have to attend In-Service every three months and good part about that is that you get paid for attending. The purpose is to get to meet Staff, information on any changes or new things or new requirements.

Employees at this particular location (Lake Street in Chicago) greatly lack the capacity to assess situations that are outside of their scope of understanding and experience and therefore, should not lie to their assessments! Having no discretion shows little compassion for those who have a primary need for Homecare. These employees need proper education, training, and experience otherwise it is a poor decision for Dept on Aging to contract with this agency.

terrible place to work for, poor upper management, low pay, no overtime, lack of proper training, pettiness is the focus of meetings, they refuse to hire enough people to compensate the output of work needing done, therefore one person will have to do 2-3 jobs every day, no advancement, no opportunities and poor benefits.
