Ambulance # 5445 in Burlington,WI female EMTS not wearing mask in Kwik Trip and joking about it to each other. This Won't be a service I would use this is shameful. Employee's in Kwik Trip not happy about it either. THEIR IS A MASK MANDATE IN WI. Talk about endangering compromised people!

Another siren noise polluter. Constant noise, all hours of the day. Medex: control your drivers so they use sirens when truly needed, not all the time. And as of Jan 1st 2019, it's the LAW!

The service is not professional, nor considerate. Transportation arrangements were made for 4pm, from the hospital going to a sub acute. First Medex was already late, then said, they will be an hour late. After waiting another hour and a half, the hospital called Medex to follow up, and then they said another hour. I have been waiting 2 hours with my mother, and now It will be another hour. This is not professional, and not exceptable. I work at a nursing facility, and I will be sure not to ever use this service. Now after 3 hours of waiting, the Medex is saying they dont have any one for the pick up at all. I have never ever experienced this. Never!!!
