I visited and researched a lot of companies while trying to find the perfect engineering flooring for my condo in Chicago. I was looking for the highest quality at a reasonable price. The large home improvement stores and some local suppliers offered low pricing but inferior quality that did not meet my standards. Researching more upscale suppliers led me to the Merchandise Mart, where I found the right quality, but price was way too expensive. Then I found Chicago's best kept secret for engineered flooring, PurezaWood!!! Not only do they offer superior quality than the flooring stores at Merchandise Mart, the price is also significantly lower. I ended up selecting wide plank (7.5\ inches wide & 3/4\ thickness) French oak engineered flooring in a custom dark finish and I love it! My floors are beautiful and exactly what I had envisioned. I would recommend PurezaWood to anyone looking for superior quality custom engineered flooring at a price that I'm sure will beat any competitor! I must also say that the owner, James, is great as he provides outstanding customer service and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Can’t say enough about James and Purezawood. James takes customer service to a new level. We did a new home construction wood floor. 1700 square feet of 7 1/2” wide Elmhurst and 200 square feet of herringbone. James was flexible and stored our flooring in his warehouse until we were ready for it. He even helped load our truck. The product is like no other on the market. Nothing even close.
