This review is specifically for 2 people that took care of my daughter and me on Christmas Eve 2020. Other staff treated us kindly but these 2 persons, Hannah (staff nurse) and Dr. Cull went beyond the expectations. Dr. Cull is one of the kindest people I’ve known. She seemed to do everything possible to make the situation as easy as possible and explained the process to make the wait time more bearable. Hannah, I don’t have enough words to describe the kind human and compassion she carries in her heart. Don’t let her posture of tough girl fool you, she’s a sweet angel. I can tell she could feel the pain I carried with me on that day seeing my daughter in a tough state. She brought us blankets, pillows, breakfast and kept checking on us to make sure we were ok. And when it was time for my daughter to get transferred where I wasn’t going to be able to see her for a while she made sure I would have an extra minute to say good bye. Hannah, I will always remember. Thank you for the work you do but more than anything thank you for doing your work with your heart.

I’m waiting with my son and I am trying to check if he has pink eye we got here at 11 at it is close to 3 am. We just got to the ophthalmology room and no one told us if the doctor will be with us.

I don't want to relive what happened with the doctors here. All I can say is that even its own staff member told me discreetly that the best thing to do is to get out of there (to another hospital).

I honestly would rate it a 0.. had my baby there and even though my nurse from labor and delivery was exceptional, my nurses from baby and mama department gave me the worst experience, I wished I would of had my baby in a different hospital. Worst experience.

Very friendly and clean facility! But the wait is super long been waiting for a couple hours for treatment .
