The doctors are great and the medical assistants are as well. But as others stated Michelle seems as though she hates her job or just a miserable person she always has an attitude and acts bothered when you try to make an appointment. I would have gave a 5 stars if it wasnt for Michelle always being unprofessional.

Office manager is Rude. Unprofessional (literally went back and forth with me). Incompetent. Changing Dr's ASAP. Edit: It sucks cause I really like Dr. Chillarige and the medical assistants. They are great. But administration? Not so much.

Sat in the waiting room for 40 min, only 2 other people there. Waited in the room for 20 for a nurse to come in and be rude and rushed with my 4 yr old. The doctor (samad) finally came in 15 min later and had him lay down to look in his ears..he was quite rude. Finally got to the 2 immunizations. They wanted to put them in his legs. His 3 yr shots went in his arm and he was much better with it but they didn't care. Will never be going back here.

The office is unorganized and refuses to help my child with disabilities. I have been waiting for the office to complete paperwork for a brace to help my son walk. They won’t tell me why they haven’t signed off for it and won’t write a referral for occupational therapy. They were great in the beginning but now are such a pain. I’ve been waiting for a referral for the developmental pediatrician they suggest for a year. Complete waste of time!!!
