I’ve been grinning since I got here - this place has been perfect for my family - the room is great, the balcony is huge and we can see the falls at the top of the mountain from our rocking chairs - the yard is awesome, the river is right there with so many spots to pick a rock and enjoy it - tiny little beach area with the rapids right beyond it - all in the backyard of the cabins - this is the best way to enjoy the French broad river (especially with younger kids) I wish I’d known about this place sooner - fire pit right at the water with giant tree stumps to sit on and with free firewood - wish I didn’t have to leave tomorrow! Kids are in the cabin on the pull out with a movie and their dad and I were able to sneak back out to the fire with them safely just a few steps away - I will be coming back when it warms up.

Great place to stay. Recieved a welcome call before arriving. Cabin room was clean, covid guidelines were followed. Could hear rushing water from river while in room which was great. Overall, great place to stay for a little getaway, great price for the view and access to shopping and activities.
We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were really friendly. They gave awesome recommendations of things to do and places to eat in the area. The room was comfortable. The views were amazing. We also really enjoyed spending time on the riverfront and having a bonfire while we were there.
Beautiful place, nice and quiet and beautiful view and wonderful and friendly staff. On a clear day you are able to see Chimney Rock from the balcony.
