The staff was amazing! We traveled from Fredericksburg to visit family for Christmas and my husband forget his cpap humidifier reservoir so neither of us slept last night. The lady that assisted us was so nice and we were only there 10 minutes! They would not let us pay for the reservoir but said “Merry Christmas!” We were both in tears!

Despite other reviews I have found this company to be the easiest to deal with when it comes to anything involving my sleep disorder. There are alot of \hands\ that are involved in this specialty which can become very confusing. I'm thankful they dealt with my insurance instead of me so all I had to do is come in with copay/deductible in hand.
If I could give this company negative stars I would. They are the slowest people to deal with. Most of the \services\ they offer don't actually come through them directly they are just a middle man for other companies. The only thing they got right was an overnight pulse ox test, and only because it was picked up and dropped off in office. Then the doctor ordered an at home sleep study through them, well about a week or so later we get this random call late in the evening from another company all together wanting to set one up to be mailed to us. Which is stupid with the office right here. Still, we finally get that another week later. We follow the directions, and mail it back. I called the doctors office 2 weeks later when we still hadn't heard back about the results. They said it usually takes a few weeks to get back, they should have it soon. Another 2 weeks later we call back again and they had 'finally' gotten the results. The doctors office decided to put him on oxygen at night, and went through Rotech again. Well, after over a week of not hearing anything I spoke to the doctors office and explained we were still waiting and how unacceptable it is that they still hadn't contacted us. I asked that they change companies. I was told it would be taken care of. The following week another one of his doctors said it showed it was still in the works. Now it is two weeks since we last heard from the doctors office that ordered it. The doctors office is now changing it over to a different company since it has been nearly a month and we still haven't even gotten a phone call, or the oxygen.This is absolutely unacceptable for a medical supply company. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior. There are a lot of people that depend on companies like this to keep them ALIVE. If you have a choice go with anyone else but Rotech.
I wasn't happy with them ,I will just leave it at that.
They only deliver every 90 days and it's a small supply of tanks. The tanks run out fast. You have to tank empty tanks back yourself. The tanks are not filled up all the way. my tanks were running out to quick. The girl there told sometimes the guy doesn't get them filled up all the way. If I'm out away from home my tank ran out too soon. I asked them for large tank to keep at home incase the power goes out, they wanted me to trafen in my little portable tanks for one. The only give me 15 portable tanks. They only last 1.5 hours. Don't care for them.
