BEWARE PROTECT YOUR HOME*****DO NOT USE! From the first call, this company lied to me about the rates. Beware hidden fees, installers and sales people giving you false information regarding equipment and pricing, and being caught in a 3 year not refundable contract. 6 month money back guarantee is a false advertisement. Installer drilled a hole in my wall that now has debris falling out of it I regularly have to sweep up, and it looks like it tried to catch on fire once or twice.......good thing I have 24 hour monitoring! Worst customer service I have ever had. They came after me for a license fee like a month after I first signed up and had their very rude collections department calling a new customer that just spent 600 within 30 days.

This company harasses me on a daily basis with their phone messages even though we are on the Do Not Call list. I finally called the local number they called from, got someone at a call center; he had a heavily Nigerian accent and you could tell they were not in the US, so don't expect to talk to anyone in America to get anything resolved. ...Our house was broken into about ten years ago and at that time, we looked into getting ADT service, but they were SO aggressive with their phone calls, and refused to take no for an answer, we swore we would never, ever use them. Suddenly, all these years later, we are getting calls from them again. I am going to the BBB and the Ohio Attorney General's office to complain. My advice is DO NOT get mixed up with this company - you'll never get rid of them!!!

Just has this service installed. The installation company had a 100 Visa Gift Card offer to offset the 99 installation cost. This gift card offer requires a Cashier Check or Money Order for 4.95 to process the Visa Gift Card. This process is intentionally made difficult to discourage redeeming the gift card. The odds are you would never see the gift card even after completing the redemption process. This is a scam. This tells me that ADT is not a company I want to do business with. I will cancel my ADT service tomorrow and tell them to come and get there equipment.

DO NOT USE OR TRUST! We had Protect your home install it new ADT system in mid August. Initial installation took more than 10 hours. Less than 2 hours later, the system malfunctioned. It took a week to schedule them to get them out to repair it. I waited from 11am till 8pm with no tech ever arriving. Their excuse was that the tech wrecked on the way to my house because I was rushing him. They finally repaired it the following day, and again, it lasted two hours before it malfunctioned again. Between mid August until now, my ew\ system has worked properly for less than 10 days. Each time I call for service, they are at least 5 hours late if they bother showing up at all. I've now been waiting for more than 10 days for management to contact me. Of course, we've not heard from them

Everything was pretty good, the technician done a good job on explaining everything. We feel safe in our home. We do have issues with it saying armed away when we set it to be armed stay. Also, we were told we'd received 100 gift card and that didn't happen.
