It was an okay experience. I feel like the cashiers whenever I go speak to me as if they're reading from a script, which isn't that big of a deal, especially considering they greet and check out people over and over every day. Everyone who works there is really nice, however. Pricing is fair, although I will say that when you tip, you tip the total price of your transaction, not just the service. So I paid around 200 for 2 piercings and their jewelry, and the 20% tip was 40, when it was 75 for service. It would make more sense to tip for the service instead of the jewelry too, so if I ever really spend a lot on jewelry upgrades, I do keep the tip low. They seem to care a lot about keeping the store clean which is nice. Try not to go there around 3-5ish if you can. Two times I came in and I had to wait another hour or so because the employees had to take their lunches, and was asked to come back after I filled out paperwork. It's absoultely okay for them to take their break, but for your own convenience, try to see if you can go earlier in the day! edit: It's been a few weeks and my piercing swelling has gone down, unfortunately the piercer pierced my cartilage crooked! I get it can be tricky with masks, but I don't think I'll be going back here anymore after this expensive mistake.

Got my first dermal done here. Super fast and easy. Didn’t hurt at all actually. I’m going to go back and get a 2nd one above it. Spider bite dermals. Have to wait another month tho. But super excited. Wish they did tattoos but everyone there is super clean and following all COVID guidelines. I can’t wait to go back for my 2nd then who knows. I’m a baby when it comes to piercings too and I have like 12 tattoos. Piercings are a different pain but I was shocked this didn’t hurt at all. She had to tell me we was done. I was jus on my phone like now. Never would have known. I may try my hips but those can reject and chest but I may try my hips or dimples lol idk maybe jus the 2 I’m waiting by my eye. We will see. Either way. Awesome clean friendly place and staff.
Service was nice and their process was smooth. My daughter got her ears pierced and said she didn't feel a thing! I'm glad we chose this place.
I didn't get the name of my piercer but she was knowledgeable, friendly and overall amazing! They have a large selection of jewelry and the facility is sparkling clean. Note they do take lunch from 3-4p (I originally got there at 2:45p)
Very clean, nice environment. Staff was friendly and helpful. My reason for 4 stars is the pricing is a little high but I will definitely recommend to others.
