Their FedEx system was down so they could only make shipping labels for USPS. Their computer would only make a label for one of my two packages, the cashier did not know why and told me she couldn't help me. She was not wearing her mask correctly.

Went here to send a package with UPS because you know their sign says they pack and ship UPS, but when I go in and ask to do it I'm told they can't scan and print labels. I'm just curious what is it they do at this place? If they aren't equipped to print off labels for sending packages how do you ship anything? All I really saw in this place was little mailboxes, not much packing and shipping.
