Went to get my ears peirced got home to clean them and they were uneven and she peirced part of my cartilage when it was only suppose to be the lobe

the store manager Myra had a very NASTY attitude. She acted as if she didn’t want to pierce my ears, and when i asked a question as to why i couldn’t get a certain earring she was rude and nonchalant about it. this store sucks, they aren’t friendly at all. get another store manager!! such terrible service.

Took my 2 1/2 month old daughter to have her ears pierced today and had a great experience. Jada was very professional, clean and knowledgeable when it came to both the piercing process and after care. She was very quick and my daughters earring look super even. Highly recommend!

One of the employees was so rude and attitudy when we came in and towards the customers that were leaving. My friend and I wanted a memorable piece of jewelry and she just seemed to be not in a good mood.

I came by the store at 8:45 and the doors were locked, even though they were supposed to close at 9. None of the employees came to open or unlock it. I'm pretty sure most retail stores have a rule by corporate not to lock the doors before the posted times. Kinda frustrated me because I came out here for this store and it was closed.

I came in yesterday for some earings and the woman working was extremely helpful and attentive. Great location. I will be bringing my daughter with me next time as I saw tons of things she would LOVE.
