Worst experience with a used car EVER! Have had issues with this vehicle since taking it off the lot. Have sunk thousands of dollars into repairs (multiple times on a couple of the repairs... exhaust manifold.. multiple times... catalytic converter... multiple times.. and some other problems as well...) just recently spent over 1,000 for more repairs and it’s now running worse than BEFORE the repairs were made. Everything THEY have said needs repaired... we have repaired, but obviously they missed some MAJOR, underlying issues with the SUV. We Can’t drive it, not even in town, because it will not stay running! I will add we are out of the service contract now, but the fact that they KNOW we have had problems with this over priced, junk since we took it off the lot and nothing has been resolved is very discouraging. I have two very small children to tote around and this is our ONLY family vehicle. So disappointed with the customer service and the way my husband has been spoken to by these people.... “it’s your problem now” more or less. we have been patient, we have been civil, we have spent more money than I’ve EVER spent on repairs for a used car, we have been on time with our monthly payments.... and for what? something we can’t even SAFELY drive! Just a pretty, over priced lawn decoration at this point. Go somewhere else!

I'm giving this location four stars, because the employees go above and beyond. My fiance and I had just bought a vehicle from here, and the thing dies at Wal-Mart. You can imagine our frustration trying to leave Wal-Mart and not being able too. Anyway they send their mechanic and he decides that our transmission pooped out into the second week of ownership. So, he had the car towed, and they gave us a new transmission. They also kept me updated whenever the status changed.

Andrea and Heidi were amazing!! The process was fast, the environment was relaxed and comfortable and Andrea even helped keep my rambunctious 1 year old entertained while we signed papers. We enjoyed our experience very much.

My car broke down and I knew it was time to get a new one unfortunately I didn’t know where to go. I called car-mart and they were ready to help me. The customer service was amazing and the people did what ever they could do to help me they were even there past closing time. If you are looking for a car this is the place to go.

Heidi was awesome. I’ve needed a car for several months but couldn’t get financed because I am on pandemic unemployment and my previous car was repo’d 6 months ago. Every where I went the down payment requirements ranged from 3000 to as much as 50%! I had reached out to car mart in December but I never followed through because I assumed Car-Mart was going to be expensive like everywhere else. But Heidi called me to follow up yesterday and I told her about my impossible situation. The repo, the unemployment, and I only had 500 for a down payment. With a sincere smile in her voice she asked me how quickly could I get to the lot. I told her if she was serious I would grab an Uber and be there ASAP, which I did. Two hours later I was driving off in my 2012 Chevy Impala! It was an amazingly easy process from start to finish and I recommend America’s Car-Mart to anyone who needs a good pre-owned vehicle and has credit challenges or a small down payment - or both! Don’t give up on buying a car until you’ve been to America’s Car-Mart. They’ll get you financed and treat you like family. I’m 100% pleased.
