Dr Rahman (owner) needs to take serious actions. Your staff is ruining your business. I personally don’t care if the staff is rude but not fulfilling their duties and lack of information is no no !. Wake up Dr Rahman and GET RID OF YOUR STAFF TODAY. I hope She reads this review....

I am very upset right now. I was at the clinic last month with my son. After our visit, I requested a reminder card just like most offices offer with date and time so I can stick to my refrigerator. I was told that they don't provide that however, I will get a reminder call. Well guess what, never gotten any reminder call worse part I get a call by front desk on day of appointment 30 mns later and they were asking me if I was coming. I am very disappointed and sure wouldn't go back. On the day we were there I feel like they were not organized too many noise and doctors were not available. I usually give benefit of doubt but I agree with other reviewer when it come to appointment reminder.

The most incompetent staff we have ever seen. They lose files, give incorrect order for labs and then when you get upset...they blame someone else and hang up on you...miserable lot except for dr Singh. And they refuse to give you information about where to lodge a complaint. Unprofessional, no accountability, rude. Too bad I couldnt give zero stars.

They will not see an infant with diarrhea for 4 days as a new patient or walk in unless you switch your PCP to them and come in with the physical insurance card. They won’t even take you if you make the change with your insurance other the phone! Unbelievable.

0 stars if I could. I always end up with showing up and they telling me that my kids aren't in the appointment book even though the day before I got a confirmation call.
