We have been waiting since November for internet/ services. We have talked to numerous people throughout the month. We’ve gotten the run around and lack of empathy. For a family ran business in a small town, I would expect more in regards to service. When there is a known lack of competition, there is no oomph to move in providing services to their customers. Highly disappointed, and I do not recommend. It is sad that a small hometown organization is monopolizing and controlling the market the way a larger cooperation would be manipulating the community. If satellite wasn’t horrible, I would not continue waiting for their services.

They used to be good but now there like the rest keep raise their prices and internet equipment is junk especially their outdated routers.just like right now i am on my phone hotspot to type this.i haven't had internet all day my landline phone not even connected good thing for Verizon if i had emergency skt you really gone down hill.

Like all telecom services, of course, it'll occasionally fritz out on you. That's just the nature of technology. The customer service though, without fail over multiple decades of use, has NEVER let us down. Had a WiFi issue just last night, and the Clearwater team (not the outsource, after hours tech center team... who are also solid, btw) called me after hours (around 8:30 PM) and worked until they solved the problem. Whether it's a billing hiccup or a service issue, they are always easy to work with. After the nightmare that was my time with DirecTV and Centurylink (non-stop billing issues that repeated regardless of how many times I called), I will never complain about SKT customer service. Exemplary.

So awful. I hate that this is the best choice out here.
