I read some of the reviews and I have my own frustrations, but the staff here was very courteous and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. The online scheduling procedure was horrendous and it took forever to get an appointment. I think that has more to do with Cleveland Clinic's system, which may need some improvements. But once I got to the building, the experience was great.

Doctors are very knowledgeable and great but the billing department sucks and is a pain to deal with. I tried multiple times to set up a payment plans and they \couldn't find my account\ or \couldn't work with that\. Then before I could pay the final balance, they set it to collections. The remaining balance was below 40. I've never had to deal with such a poor quality billing office before. Wouldn't follow up nor recommend them to anyone.
