We have had a good experience with all the employees. Jennifer was very helpful in the office, Greg came out and did the estimate. Our original plan didn't work because of septic lines but the installation was fast and done right. Cordell was very helpful and even gave me his cell number to call if I had problems with the electrical system. I did have to call him and he took my late evening call and was very helpful.

We DO recommend this company for your inground pool. Our experience was amazing, from the time I first entered their Cleveland, GA store to browse to the finished project. Everything was on time, and yes we had to wait for our liner due to the Covid-19, but Greg did Exactly what he promised to do, when he promised to do it. The only exception was Mother Nature and her rainfall. (Timing was perfect, because our liner wait time was during all of the rain.) This crew was very clean, respectful and worked without stopping. Not one piece of trash was left on my property and when they left, I had a beautiful pool! Thank you so much to the Greg and his staff, both installers and instore.
We had a new pool liner installed back in the Spring and are very happy with our experience. The staff was really friendly and made sure we were happy with our entire experience. I cannot say enough nice things about this company. I do highly recommend them to everyone I speak with concerning pools. Thanks everyone so much for your service.
Bad experience all the way around: Charged us way more than original quote, had to come back and redo the plumbing, killed our fish and promised to replace but never did, rocks are all loose and stacked like a child did it and didn't find the leak that we called him out for. Very bad experience and we DO NOT RECOMMEND.
