I was nervous going for rehab because of covid. The pleasant view team really has it together. I had no reason to be nervous. Everything was clean the staff wore masks and shields. I felt very safe. The therapy team was great. All the staff made me feel like part of their family. Highly recommend this facility.

I donno. My mother-in-law is not having a good time here, but it's a nursing home. I can't expect her to be. She has a lot of complaints. I don't like to hear them. She just showed me a pick line that is unsafe. It's exposed and the bandage needs replaced. She says she's been trying to get them to reapply the bandage for 3 days now. She has a plethora of other complaints. I'm not going to list them. If she ever gets to rating things on Google, she can give you her own experience.
When it comes to a nursing home, we all look for a quality of care. My husband was with Pleasantview team, and I cannot say enough good things about this place. EXCELLENT CARE. Nursing staff is professional and knowledgeable, always kept me in the loop. Delicious food. Great therapy team. If your loved one requires skilled or long-term care, look no further! Pleasantview is the best facility around.
I enjoyed my stay. Nurses were so professional. Therapy team was amazing. Good food. Housekeeping made my room spotless. Do not look for another place for skilled or long-term care. I will definitely spread the word about Pleasantview Care Center in Parma. Thank you!
Enjoying a sweet treat from the great staff at Pleasantview. They took the time to think of us as we're away from loved ones. It's the little things like this that make it a great place to be.
