If I could give them 0 stars I would. This place just like many others in our country have closed their doors on the truck drivers. Left us outside with no where to use the restroom. I never thought I'd see the day where people became so rude to everyone they saw and talked to. But that day has arrived. I'm tired of being treated like some disease infested dog.

There is a small strip where you can park out front. Tight to get into though. Inside they gave a small staging area if you arrive close to your appointment. Capstone took three hours to u load half a truck.

I bought pizza from Geppetto's pizza on ridge road in Cleveland ohio yesterday. I ordered a calzone with bacon on it. The bacon was uncooked. The owner of the geppetto's assured me that the product was cooked. He even showed me the invoice which specified the bacon was 'CKD' or cooked. I'm sure the bacon was not cooked. I kept the product. Someone needs to reach out to me to help me understand how i ended up eating raw bacon and at least apologize for the pain that this gaffe has caused my family. [email protected]

The Sysco truck that services Medina takes up the entire plaza parking lot because the driver cannot park correctly. I cannot leave until the driver is done taking his leisurely time meandering around, joking and SLOWLY unloading the truck. It is a MAJOR disturbance to the businesses in this plaza. There is no reason that he should have taken an hour to unload. When i asked him to move i got attitude because he's working and had the how dare i attitude, he even laughed at me. I was supposed to meet with a client at 10:30. It is now 11:11am and i have missed my meeting and potential business due to this drivers negligence and lazy work attitude. I have also spoken to the manager of the establishment that this guy is servicing. I also feel it is important to note that the truck was backed up into the parking lot and is less than a foot away from my, and my coworkers vehicles, and with his i don't care I'm god attitude we are very worried that he will damage our cars.

The driver for the medina area, every week takes up the ENTIRE parking lot blocking cars from parking and blocking cars in. I cant go deliver people's pay checks because hes parked less than a foot behind my car and is taking his dear sweet time. He straight says he doesnt care and I can wait cuz hes taking his time. Good hire Sysco!
