There really needs to be an option for zero stars. Please don't flatter yourselves over the one star. It's only present because there are no lesser options. This horrible insult to rehab facilities should be closed down. You fail to contact family members immediately when their loved ones are admitted into the hospital. Seems standard procedure for this facility. You're supposed to contact POA STAT when their loved one goes into the hospital for absolutely any reason at all. The next day is unacceptable. Two days later is extremely unacceptable. This little review is nothing compared to what you will hear from me because you did this to my own family member who has passed away. Don't worry. You will be contacted!

Hi...i worked there some time ago and saw the review comments..it was a lovely place to work.. It was fun..absolutely everyone was nice...and everyone was helpful in the team. Im retired now and i pass the baton and continue to encourage stnas to strive for the gold each shift. Represent team nursing and staff everyday..you are needed and loved...tu

It's fair place. My mom here for rehab. There are things I don't like about the place. They do seem understaffed. But the people are nice. Not as attentive as I like. But no major complaints.

No cleaning of any surfaces during Covid. Non attentive staff. Poor food service. Wearing masks in the common area was NOT mandatory, even after 2 positive test on one floor.

Some of the staff do try and care but it's the bad ones that overshadow the good ones and make it worse for the patient and family. Hopefully changes are made before it's too late.
