I was told it would take them 5 days to flush my tankless water heater. I went 5 days without hot water. On the fifth day, he calls to tell me his pump broke that morning and he wouldn’t be able to come. A bilge pump could’ve easily been purchased at tractor supply or ace hardware! Instead of performing the job he was asked to do-And then he said from the sound of it, I should just get a new tankless heater anyway-but he could come install that in the afternoon. I think that was a rip off job and an excuse to not do what was asked. This man never set foot in my house to know IF MY HEATER EVEN NEEDED REPLACED. I am highly disappointed and upset I went 5 days without hot water and that’s the poor excuse I received. I’ll never do business with them.
I would highly recommend Chris and Pam's Plumbing, Inc. This is the second time I've used them for repair work on a condo we have leased out. I'm out of state and I feel very comfortable using Chris. He has done an excellent job. It's nice to have someone like him you can depend on.
Had had Chris the owner came and give me an estimate on some work I need done. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, responses quickly and has reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this company for sure.
