First time ever trying the chicken sandwich and I thought nobody would ever beat chic-fil-a but omg this is my new favorite!!! Now I know why everybody waited in lines for hours several months ago for this sandwich! Also best sweet tea everrrr!!!

The customer service here sucks. If you don't wanna work, quit ladies. Goodness gracious.
The people that work there act like they hate their job. They usually have an attitude, and are rude especially if THEY make a mistake and the customer says something about it to try and get their order corrected. I don't usually post bad reviews because I like to give businesses chances, but I've been to this establishment several times (being as this is a small town and my S.O. loves their chicken), but the amount of time that one has to wait to get their food, the several times one has to repeat their order because the speaker doesn't work or the employee isn't paying attention, and errors that have been made with my food/drinks/sauces (don't get me started on the sauces!) I believe this establishment needs to be scrutinized by corporate or someone that actually knows how to do their job the correct way. I'm not asking for perfection but at least have some human decency to treat customers the way you would like to be treated, even when they're different than you.
