Nice people easy in and out
We purchased a used fork lift from Bell a year and a half ago. They sold it under the guise that it was in great condition, it was inspected and so on. Over the last year and a half, we've only put on under 200 hours and have had consistent problems since our purchase. Their best offer to assist was to charge us 3,300.00 in replacement costs, when we asked a colleague in the industry, they charged us 1/3 of that price. Would not recommend this company if you're looking to purchase a forklift, new or used. Terrible customer service.
