Great products for my phone pickle smear
The selection and prices were decent enough, though there was quite a bit of empty space. At first, the girl working was very pleasant and offered assistance as soon as I walked in the door, we even chatted about a show on Hulu. While I was browsing, I overheard her ringing up another customer and ask him \are you a veteran? We offer a 20% discount.\ He stated that he was, to which she responded by saying she thought he \looked like a veteran.\ A little while later I went to pay for my items. I did not get a look at the gentleman she had previously rung up, but my entire left arm is covered in American Traditional style, Navy themed tattoos, so I thought she would ask me as well, as I assumed the gentleman had something standoutish about him that made her assume he was a veteran. Instead, she just gave me my total. I then asked about the discount and offered my VA card and my driver's license, so she could confirm that it is indeed my VA card. Instead she was very snarky and asked if I was in the military. I told her yes, I was in the Navy. She then asked if I had the endorsement on my driver's license. I told her no, and again offered my VA card as my proof. She did not even acknowledge my offer, just very rudely stated \well I guess that's your karma if you're lying.\ I could honestly care less about the discount, I would have never even asked had I not heard it offered. It is upsetting though that she never asked for proof from the other customer, but deemed me a liar because I asked. I was excited to go to another store to see a different selection, but will be taking my business back to Lover's Lane in the future.
Horrible service. Horrible selection. I came a bit before close and felt very rushed out the door. Not worth the trip nor the time. Its unfortunate, but I should have just ordered online.
Very pleasant staff! The lady who helped us was very nice and knowledgeable. She made our shopping experience very comfortable. They have a Huge selection. I am very happy with our purchases and can't wait to go back again. 10 stars!
