Incompetent and unprofessional!!! I can't speak for the whole office, but Lera (Valeria) is definitely both! I needed to renew my Russian passport, and she was the one who handled my case. I paid 200 for the service, but didn't have all needed info about residency, so I told her I'll get back to her once I confirm it with my parents back home. About week later she emailed me saying she's gonna mail my papers to consulate, I told her to hold on to it, once I have needed info she can mail it. She did it anyway (!!!) and on top of it she actually lied to me saying that these days NY consulate doesn't require residency verification, I shouldn't be worried about it. Rest assured TWO MONTHS later I get a letter from consulate asking me to provide proof of residency! So I emailed her again asking what my next steps should be, and get complete radio silence from her, total ignore
