If I am able to leave 10 stars I would do it. Mr.Alan Redd is one of the best service consultant what I met . Usually when you talk with mechanics or service advisors they are too \complicated\ with explanation but Mr. Redd was patient , nice, polite and very professional and fast. Thanks to him I have my 2011 Hyundai Sonata on the road. I will recommend everybody to Hyundai of College Park for service ( but ask for Alan!!) Thank you Allan .

Marcus Reid was my salesman, I came to them with a very specific vehicle request and price I was willing to pay. Honestly my offer was way under msrp and I figured we would not be able to make the deal. I have been driving for 25 years and never had a new vehicle. Marcus was patient and took me seriously throughout the whole process. The management team their is also awesome. There was no back and forth haggling for hours. They told me the price of the vehicle, I told them what I was willing to spend out the door and the deal was done. Will be using again when it's time to replace our larger family vehicle. being a first time buyer with no license is expensive for insurance! but Dozie and Kevin had my back from the start! Dozie made sure to keep calling me asking me if i had any luck with insurance and he went out his way to make sure that i got my car! he’s very amazing and made sure to check up on me even after i got my vehicle! the staff here is very friendly and welcoming and i’ll make sure to refer people to Dozie because he’s an AMAZING employee and i never seen anything like that! thank you all so much and thank you Dozie! i’m a very happy customer:) when you go ask for Dozie!
