Second trip in a row i had to wait 10 plus minutes for the bus. Everybody else is here! Look at all of that yellow and red, no PNF blue. Come on yall', you guys have been to good to be this bad. Customer service sends you to a disconnected number after selecting \0\ on their automated phone system.

Prompt, friendly, and totally service oriented!
