Technically I would only give 4 stars because I’m still waiting on a few time sensitive back office things to be completed. But I’m giving them 5 based on good faith that I’ll be taken care of before my 60 day grace periods ends. I purchased during probably one of the companies hardest organizational moments which is a true bummer. Without telling all their business - It’s Tough times in the world right now and it’s even tougher at Collier HD but the staff that is there are holding up Tried and True. The parts guy Carl and the GM Adam are solid straight shooters they are the reason I decided to buy from Collier instead of other dealerships. The clothing and admin ladies are true southern belles really nice people. I’m a penny pincher and I learned pretty fast that there’s no such thing as savings in the service department but the service staff themselves are pretty cool people ounce you talk to them. I’d assume they do really good work by the quoted cost and the detailed quotes they provide but just like every service department they throw that warranty scare at you which in theory they should if your a hard head like me that loves to turn a wrench.
Stay away from this place, they only care about selling you a bike after that you are on your own. Everyone I know that's has purchased a bike from them will not go back.
Was treated with exceptional service today to get my bike inspected. The staff was amazing, helpful, and educated. I will come back here. Loved it!
