After our casket flowers were two hours late to the visitation and the obituary failed to get to the paper on time, we didn’t think it could get worse, yet it did. The casket was delivered to the church almost fifteen minutes late for the early visitation with the funeral service to follow when we were told they would be early. Not only were they late, they also failed to deliver an arrangement of flowers to the church and the boutonnières for the pallbearers were nowhere to be found. For a business that is strictly service, Collierville Funeral Home left much to be desired for our family.
