The staff was efficient, courteous and attentive to all our needs! At such a difficult time they made everything as easy as possible! Even with the horrible weather they managed to make things run smoothly which was very comforting.

My mother had passed away in a NYC hospital 2/5/21. I didn't want her to go to a NYC funeral home. I called Mack Funeral home and Jason and we made the arrangements. For such a confusing, painful time Jason and Mack made her transition a peaceful one for us. I am forever grateful.
