This location list it’s hours closing at 8pm on Sunday. The online information says that and the lettering on the door says 8pm. I arrived at 7:40pm to the location on a Sunday. Doors were locked. A employee saw me standing outside and waved me off. Why does this location say their hours are one thing but the employees do something different? After reading all of the current bad customer reviews, I’m not surprised. Add this one to the long list of bad reviews. Let’s see how much longer Corporate Lennys will allow this franchisee to operate.

Just ordered an Italian sub and I'm not sure they understand what goes on it. The sandwich I received had the correct meat types, no sauce whatsoever, only onions and green peppers and what seemed like an entire pepper shaker worth of pepper. I will not be visiting the Lenny's in Collierville in the future.
The Lenny's in Collierville are the rudest I've found. I pull up to the curbside parking and called them to order. They said they don't have that. I said I am calling from the sign out front that says you do. They said to come in and order. I get out on crutches and crutch myself in there and 5 of them just looked at me. Never volunteering to open the door. They asked me what kind of drink, I said no drink I can't carry it. Rather than carrying the drink to my truck for me, they just took it off the list. Never suggesting the bottled drinks in the cooler, then I helped myself to one and said ring this up. So when it was all done, the sandwich in one jacket pocket and drink in the other, I turned and said I'll never be back.
I went to this Lenny’s tonight and just don’t understand what has happened here. The employees here are incredibly rude and whoever management is doesn’t seem to have any control over it. Our sandwiches were incorrect - all of them. The girl at the front counter did not have a mask on and continuously touched her face and nose. We entered the restaurant and no one even spoke to us. This experience was unpleasant from beginning to end. You guys might want to pay closer attention to your recent reviews.
I’m not sure if this location is just unfamiliar with how a sandwich should go together or what. Sloppy, skimpy, and not good. Way better options almost anywhere.
