I have been involved with Breakthrough Breathwork Mediation since 2011. I have used the breathing and mediation techniques ever since and especially when our daughter died in 2016. It was so very helpful in dealing with our grief, healing and sleep. Kris and Savanna have been extremely caring and professional. My first sessions with Breakthrough Breathwork, I cried quite a bit. In my last sessions I couldn't stop laughing. I realized that there was no death (my body yes, but not my soul). After those sessions I felt such a loveliness in my body. I don't know what your sessions would be like, but my sessions have helped me in ways I can't put in words. The words wouldn't do it justice.

I have worked with Savanna privately, and have attended group breathwork sessions led by Savanna and Kris Cassidy. They are a wonderful team, and their joy in sharing this experience with others is apparent. They are sensitive, skillful, open, and supportive, and enable participants to feel safe going wherever their breath takes them. I have found breathwork to be different from any other form of meditation or breathing that I have done, and I feel it has enabled me to "let go" of many things that I couldn't release through other means. I experience a range of emotional and physical sensations during the breathwork, but I always leave feeling peaceful and more spiritually connected.
