Great Heart clinic and the Medical Service Providers are exceptional, however the UCH Memorial North Hospital Front Desk and UCH Billing are the opposite of exceptional. If you use them, ask lots of questions.

Dorothy and Albert did an excellent job with my heart ultrasound and stress test. They told me what they were doing and put me at ease.

Try getting a heart appointment-First doctor was 5 months out. Next one was within a week. Then I had to do a stress echo due to blockage-THREE WEEKS OUT. Now I need appointment to discuss what is wrong with heart-cannot get through telephone answering machine so I am concerned about heart problems and get no info- NOTHING. Not even a courtesy call stating results of test- just make another appointment maybe 3-6 weeks down the road. I am looking up number for Penrose.

Nothing to say about the nurse, just the front desk lady in charge of the refunds for charges in a debit card, is not professional tell a customer you won't get a charge of 500.00 for services not rendered when the charge went thru and after have to dispute with the bank for incapacity to resolve a simple Card transaction.
