Not one to leave reviews. First tech came out to get ADT installed. We did not have WiFi up yet so they were only able to do partial work. Got the WiFi up and had not heard from Tech. Billing had already started (600 down 65 monthly). Called into ADT to get a rep out to the house. Scheduled for Wednesday. Took the first half of the day off to be ready for rep. I was told the rep would be here from 8-12pm. This is when the hell started. Rep never showed up for appointments. I was never notified until I called in my self. Since this points I have been on with 7-10 different reps to try to simply get my money back. While on hold I am continuing to hear \we offer a 6 month money back guaretnee\ I would highly recommend trying a DIY home security system before going this route. This service model is obsolete in 2020 and will continue to hurt them. Also sold all my ADT stock spitefully this morning.

Do not believe everything you are told with your initial sign up.The technician do not carry the \gift card\ you were told you will receive. Make sure your initial technician is knowledgeable and willing to show you how the system works before signing anything, because once you signed he really does not care. The technician is not employed by ADT, he said he was a contractor.
