I had an issue with my TV and reached out to get some help. However, when I received a call from one of their customer service people she was flat out rude and unprofessional. After receiving the call and trying to schedule a day and time, I was being yelled at saying I was a liar based on information I was given from my TV provider. If this is any indication of how they conduct themselves at this place then I will never tell anyone to go here or even call here. The fact that their customer service reps have such a terrible attitude and demeanor for no reason is completely uncalled for. Not to mention, we have had several phone calls back and forth and each time they called, I always received attitude and was treated like I wasn't worth their time. I spoke with Kathleen for every phone call and I have never been so disrespected by a business. Never ever go to this place for anything you will just get yelled at for trying to find a solution.
