The owner is so friendly and helpful-he really wants to make things perfect-I go here for all occasions to get flowers and they always do an amazing job for fair prices. It's so nice to support a local business during a time like this when they are trying so hard! Their arrangements are always beautiful too!
I spoke with Arturo the day before my mother's memorial, we just hadn't planned this part of her service. He was professional and kind. He prepared several beautiful, elegant arrangements and had them delivered in time for her service. A week later I still have her flowers and they look lovely. I would recommend Nana's flower shop whether you be grieving or rejoicing, they will treat you well. Thank you
This is my first time leaving any comments on social media, but I had to because their service was beyond exceptional! My sister received her for Christmas and she loved it! Quality of flowers and service of how they got delivered are hands down the best! I love how they not only email to let you know the status of flowers but they even send you a text that flowers got delivered! I trust companies who do excellent customer service like that when they’re super busy! Thank you so much Mark (owner or delivery person?) for your wonderful service! Just beautiful! I ordered same day delivery to my daughter since she was having a bad day. She said she cried when she received these and they truly brightened her day. I also appreciated the follow up phone call from the delivery man notifying me the flowers had been delivered.
