Took parents to get covid shot. Usher at entrance so great he ran and got wheelchair for my Dad and wheeled him inside while I parked the car. Did not get his name, Wed 2-24-21 around 1:40pm. Thanks again for the help he absolutely went above and beyond my expectations.

The whole place is great, smaller than Nationwide but big enough for an A-list band or performer. The 3rd story smoking section is secretly AMAZING at the Schott... the view of downtown is great and if you go out during a set change with the crowd the collective body heat keeps you warm even in January! Drinks are stand concert pricing. Beer is 9 and water is 4 a bottle, also, you can't bring drinks from outside so if you have one at the metal detectors you'll have to throw it away.
I was there to get the COVID vaccine. Very organized and orderly. All personnel from physicians, nurses, volunteers, greeters to parking guides were very nice, helpful and informative which made this experience smooth and seamless.
COVID Vaccine Station was extremely well organized and well run - a perfect model for how all should be done !!
We went last night for winter jam 2020 and it was pretty nice. Almost all the staff was very nice and helpful especially with our helping the big group we had with us. Place was clean & well organized. The seats were pretty comfortable.
