This company is trying to charge me almost 700.00 for equipment that their technician picked up, after replacing my service. I was on hold for 33 minutes before someone answered. I was transferred 3x's. I am getting the run around about this bill. I don't want this on my credit. And I don't want to pay a bill I don't owe. I just want to talk to a manager. The local office is closed. This is crazy.

I have been paying for 500 mbs for over a year at its best I have only gotten 200 mbs they have replaced everything including the wires in my house and now it has gotten to the point that the internet on my phone is faster than than WOW's internet. If you live in Columbus Ga please go with a different provider.

I now understand why it's called WOW! That's the reaction when you get your bill. IDK HOW 34.99 became 151.00. When speaking to customer service found that I have a monthly fee for something I did NOT request AND I'm being charged monthly for no reason. The rep tried to offer me the same promotion I'm supposed to already be on. So they got me to sign up for a promotion that sounded too good to be true....which it was. Now I have to make all these changes to my account to get what I was already supposed to have. I'm disgusted!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Payed for upgrade to 1GB. Month later they come out and put temp cable in which was a patch. 1 yr later cable is still above ground and provides no way to get the promised speed. Have had them come out 15 times and yet to be fixed. They send person out that can't run the right cable and all they can do is open up \maintenance ticket\ can't reach anyone locally, always sent to Central America..If I had another option I would be Gone

Almost two months after moving you all have STILL not been able to get your systems straightened out to set up my service. Today is the second time an appointment was cancelled on YOUR END only today, you didn't even have the decency to call to notify that a technician wouldn't show up. Over two hours of waiting for a technician to show for a confirmed appointment and I have to call YOU to find out my appointment is cancelled. Absolutely terrible customer service!
