They move the line fairly quickly. You still get somewhat of a 'Department of Motor Vehicle' vibe when you're in there, but of course nothing close. I've been there three or four times in the past few years and have always been treated well. Nobody was ever rude, but nothing overly friendly either. Likely a byproduct of monotonous, often thankless job. Hence the DMV vibe, but 100 times better.

They were not busy, she was welcoming and thanked me for the return of some equipment. I always had a positive interaction with the employees.
I was in and out in a matter of minutes. The place seemed to be clean and neat. The girl behind the counter did try to collect 100 dollars from me even though I had already paid my deposit over the phone. Other than that there were no issues.
We all hate going to the cable office. On this particular day , it could not have been a more pleasant experience for me. John McGhee I learned has been with this company for over 30 years. His knowledge was so impressive. And he was the friendliest customer service agent I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Thank you again John all my best
I would like to thank Ms. Margaret Mosley!! I went to this location today to correct my internet package I got on yesterday at another location. While standing in line I received an unexpected, sad phone call that left me a complete emotional wreck. Ms. Mosley was very compassionate & professional while handling my situation as I stood there in tears. She even explained other options I was not aware of at that time. I truly appreciate the customer service Ms. Mosley exhibited today. Thank you ma'am!! I will continue to use that location with employees like that.
Quite possibly the greatest experience with a cable company since cable was invented. All of the employees were cheerful/positive/welcoming. I had the distinct pleasure of dealing with Karmalyta and she is an All-Star Champion in all facets. Kudos to the person(s) who hired and trained these quality individuals. If I were the HR person, I wouldn't buy a lottery ticket because you already won the lottery with this crew (especially Karmalyta) working on Friday March 15, 2019. Congratulations on a job well done.
