DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! We made the unfortunately mistake of trusting this company and upgraded our old equipment after years of good service. However, this company has been through 3 site managers in the last 4 years and now we are being harassed by a collections agency for a piece of equipment they have since removed from our premises and did not properly return or pay off the remander balance of the equipment. When we were first approached by this collections agency I contacted the site manager, Lance Redler, and he assured me this would be taken care of immediately. Two or three months later I receive another call from the collections agency stating this balance is still past due and they were threatening litigation. I immediately called the site manager, whom said I had to deal with the CFO David Sweeney. I left several messages, sent numerous emails via their website and not once did I receive a return phone call. I had to call the 3rd party leasing company myself and speak with the account manager whom was gracious enough to call off the collections agency (Advanced Recovery) and their harassing calls and threats, because he was informed by Mr. Sweeney that the balance would be paid off. A month later we start receiving these calls and faxes again from Advanced Recovery and I once again called the site manager, Lance, and told him we would like to get out of our current contract, that we need a copy of our contract, and Mr. Sweeney needs to call by 12/21/2012 before we leave for the holidays. I have yet to receive any of the items I have asked for, nor have I receive a phone call from the CFO as requested.
