Could not get help. I needed help with a toilet. Ask 2 different people to get someone to help me. Finally called Customer Service and they were sending someone straight back. 20 minutes later a guy showed up. No idea he worked there and he walked right by me on the isle and didn't ask if I needed help. I finally had to ask him if he worked there and to help me.

Do not purchase a flooring project from them. The measure department measured wrong and they told me i would have to pay for additional labor and materials. The installation group they use installed things improperly and didn't do certain things. Its taken over a month for a LVP flooring installation and its still not done. The installation company they use are completely unresponsive and rude. You would probably get it done quicker and better doing it yourself if you know nothing. I would be less of a headache as well

Decent selection of products. If you need help, you have to seek out an employee. They rarely come up to you. Masks are required.

I was purchasing drill bits and PVC pipe. As I was determining what bit I needed 2 employees stop and asked if I needed help. Also an employee asked if I was finding everything ok in the PVC area. Excellent Customer Care
