This place is horrible. Customer service, nurses, even the Doctor’s are horrible. I will never go back and pray that you do not go either. You will be better off going to the hospital or even Walgreens.

Stay away from this unprofessional, incompetent and hateful place! They have misdiagnosed my son here, refused to fill my insulin, putting my life in danger...They litterally do not care if their patients die!!

When you see the dr at urgent care and they tell you to call back a certain day and you do you never get a response after leaving messages after messages.If you talk to front desk receptionist they are rude and states that they can’t control stats even though it’s wrote on the order and when you try to tell them the dr said call back at a specific time it doesn’t matter they could care less ab you and your health. It’s been two days now and no phone call back telling me my results on an X-ray and also no calls on my covid test.

I am not sure where these other reviews are coming from. I came in with an emergency finger injury today and no insurance and they were the kindest and most compassionate medical staff I have ever encountered

Staff seems bothered that you’re there. If you call for something, you will never get a return call. Even if you leave a message for the manager. My father has been there like 4 times plus call and he can't have a simple refill on his prescription

Honestly, go to the health department or the emergency room. The staff are the most unfriendly people on the planet. They are only there to gouge every cent they can out of people. Even when confronted with Georgia code, they ignore it and dont want to be helpful. Edit- 2.3.20--- upon speaking to the practice manager, I do feel like my concerns were understood. I hope there are significant changes in the future for how cases like mine were handled. I am changing my review from 1 to 3 stars.
